BISE Rawalpindi announced its position holders a day before the full result, on August 5. The top three positions, out of 1,200 total marks, went to:
- Muhammad Rehan Ihtisham — 1,191 marks — Al-Aamir Foundation Public Secondary School, Gujar Khan
- Zuneera Tahir — 1,180 marks — Presentation Convent High School for Girls, Murree
- Muhammad Fateh Abdullah — 1,178 marks — Cambridge International Boys Secondary School, Talagang
Muhammad Rehan Ihtisham also topped the Science group among boys, while Zuneera Tahir topped the Science group among girls.
