Punjab Police have broken a major drug ring operating in the province’s wealthiest areas. Today, Police arrested a woman named Anmol, also known as Pinky. She allegedly managed a massive supply chain in posh neighborhoods.

Pinky has been arrested before at the Darakhshan Police Station. Her brother and other associates are also in custody from previous raids.

The group moved drugs on intercity buses. Packages were stamped as “pinki” to identify the owner. This method allowed the shipments to pass through standard security checks. The pipeline was consistent and well organized.

Modern Delivery Apps Used to Fuel Urban Narcotics Trade

The network used a low visibility model to reach its customers. They used riders from services like Foodpanda and Bykea. These riders deliver narcotics directly to homes and educational institutions. By splitting drugs into small packages, the group avoided attracting attention. This strategy allowed them to hide within the busy traffic of the city.

Sales focused primarily on students and young buyers in expensive districts. Payments were kept small to avoid financial tracking systems.

Police are now analyzing mobile records and delivery data. They expect to make more arrests soon. The investigation continues to track the full extent of the network’s reach.
